

Shipping, Return & Refund Policy
Shipping
We offer free standard shipping within India on all orders above Rs4999. A standard shipping charge of Rs.200 will apply on orders below Rs.4999. Orders are processed in 2–3 business days and typically delivered within 4–7 business days. A tracking link will be shared once your order is dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
We truly hope you love your TLC purchase, but if something isn’t right, here’s how returns work:
Returns
You may raise a return request within 5 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted for unworn, unused items with original tags, packaging, and labels intact.
Upon approval, a store credit valid for 1 year will be issued. A return pick-up fee of ₹200 will be deducted from the total store credit issued to you.
In case of Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please write to us within 48 hours at care@tasteslikecouture.com with clear photos of the damage and an unboxing video (wherever possible).
After verification, you may choose:
- A full refund (including shipping), or
- Full Store credit valid for 1 year from the date of approval of return
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days post quality check and approval and returned via the original mode of payment.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return:
-Innerwear & Swimwear
-Accessories (jewellery, scarves, socks, sunglasses, etc.)
-Items sold as sets/packs
-Products with signs of use, tampering, or damage.
Exchange Policy
We offer a (one time) free size exchange based on stock availability. Exchange requests must meet the same conditions as returns and be raised within 5 days of delivery.
How to Request a Return
If you have made the purchase as a registered user, you will be able to request a refund from the details of your order.
If you have made a guest purchase, you can raise a return request by accessing the link that appears in any of the emails we sent you about your order.
A pickup will be arranged within 24–48 hours.
Please ensure the product is properly packed for safe transit. You don't need to print any return label, the courier will bring it with them.
A maximum of 2 pickup attempts will be made. In the event the logistic service provider makes attempts to pick-up the product and you are unavailable or not ready to handover the product, we or the logistics service provider will not be held responsible for the delay in pick-up or processing of the quality check by us and hence the refund.
Once we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the parcel. If you don’t receive the email within 14 days, please contact us on care@tasteslikecouture.com
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I HAVE REQUESTED A COLLECTION OF MY ORDER, BUT IT HAS NOT BEEN CARRIED OUT, WHAT CAN I DO?
If the carrier has failed to collect your order, please contact us so we can arrange a new attempt.
CAN I RETURN ITEMS FROM DIFFERENT ORDERS IN A SINGLE SHIPMENT?
It is not possible to return items from different orders together. You will have to request a return for each order and send them separately.
WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED MY REFUND CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
If you have not received the email with your refund information, please check that the email address linked with your purchase is correct.
Please note that the return will be processed once the goods arrive at our premises. Once completed, you will receive an email with the details of the return.
I NO LONGER HAVE THE CARD I USED TO MAKE THE PURCHASE. HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Refunds, where applicable, are always processed to the same payment method used for the order. If you no longer have the card used for the purchase, please contact us on care@tasteslikecouture.com for further assistance.
WHY HAVE I RECEIVED A PARTIAL REFUND FOR MY RETURN?
Please note that if you have sent us the items in several boxes, we will be able to process the return at different times. We will send you an email confirming the details of each one.
HOW CAN I GET THE INVOICE FOR MY REFUND?
You can access the invoice for your refund in the details of your order. If you have made the purchase as a guest, you can do so from the link that you will find in the email confirming your return.
Order Cancellations
TLC reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen issues (e.g., invalid address, technical errors, fraud concerns, or out-of-stock products). Customers will be notified and refunded in full in such cases. Please refer to the Website Terms & Conditions for further information.
